Job Summary
Customer Support role in Dublin for Manna delivering aviation-grade drone-powered delivery. Responsibilities include handling all Intercom inquiries across locations, liaising with vendors when issues are outside Manna’s remit, tracking common issues and informing ops teams, owning end-to-end resolution of reported issues, coaching loaders to prevent future problems, supporting ad hoc customer success projects, and training staff on customer excellence. Requires strong communication, organization, initiative, adaptability to ambiguity, and teamwork with stakeholders; candidate should be an approachable, calm professional who can handle pressure with empathy. Part-time position in Dublin, Ireland at €15.50 per hour.
