Job Summary
Manages, develops, and implements projects in the assigned functional area; leads multiple projects from inception to completion; facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project; works with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals; designs project plans, develops timelines, identifies milestones, and tracks performance against goals and timeline; identifies, tracks, and resolves project issues; monitors and communicates project status; plans and monitors project budget, conducts research and analysis, and provides input into project plans and timelines; manages project risk using quality tools and collaborates to identify alternatives or solutions; documents and shares team learnings with other teams; maintains project notes and records; monitors status with the Project Sponsor and stakeholders; allocates resources and coaches team members through project stages.
