Job Summary
Customer Experience Manager to elevate frontline support, act as a liaison between departments, document customer inquiries and solutions in CRM tools (Zoho, G-Suite), and contribute to a growing, international SaaS startup. Hybrid work option with Berlin office presence 2-3 days/week; prefer candidates located in Berlin. Emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, proactive support, strong communication, willingness to learn complex products, and to take on responsibility within the Customer Experience Team.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Kundensupport oder Kundenservice
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Service-Mmentalität und Zuverlässigkeit
- Bereitschaft, sich in komplexe Produkte/Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
- Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im internationalen SaaS-Startup
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Tools wünschenswert (z. B. Zoho)
