Job Summary
Customer Support Executive for the Singapore Market provides frontline assistance to FUJIFILM Business Innovation customers, handling general enquiries, consumables and supplies orders, and service support with a focus on service excellence and first-call resolution. Responsibilities include using Knowledge Bases to diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues to maximize device uptime and minimize escalations, promoting a professional image of the CSC, handling daily tasks in alignment with company policies and quality/environmental standards, and supporting shift rotations while working independently or as part of a team. Requirements include a degree in any discipline, at least one year of contact center or customer support experience, proficiency with MS Office, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, a proactive and team-oriented attitude, and the ability to manage stress and work across rotating shifts and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
