Job Summary
In-office role providing front-line customer support to residential and commercial customers in the DH Pace Contact Center. Responsibilities include scheduling and processing service tickets, promoting products and services with accurate pricing, resolving customer concerns with appropriate solutions, performing outbound follow-ups, coordinating with Dispatch to prioritize requests, updating customer records in the ERP, and meeting personal/team KPIs. The position requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in customer service or related field.
