Job Summary
Customer Support Coordinator responsible for day-to-day operations and customer service across multiple departments, including professional front-desk reception, order entry, and administrative support. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, coordinating daily activities, maintaining detailed records, assisting with returns and issue resolution, handling inbound calls and emails, learning internal systems and workflows, providing backup operational support, maintaining proactive communication with customers and internal teams, and supporting additional administrative tasks as needed. Fluent English is required with Spanish as a plus; requires a collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
