Job Summary
Customer Support Coordinator, Commercial responsible for owning the commercial onboarding and ongoing customer support experience. Acts as the primary coordination point between Sales, Field Operations, Net Ops, and Telephony—owning order readiness, install coordination, and ongoing customer support. Responsibilities include validating order completeness prior to entry into pipelines, scheduling installations across field teams, managing customer expectations on timelines, identifying gaps, resolving customer inquiries (billing, account updates), and collaborating with internal teams to maintain a high-quality customer experience throughout the order-to-resolution lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience in customer support, customer success, or account management
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams (Sales, Operations, Field)
- Order management, project coordination, or operations
- Telecommunications, broadband, or technical service environments
