Customer Support Consultant

Customer Support Consultant role providing technical and functional support for RPMGlobal’s Mine Planning and Finance Software Solutions in a permanent full-time, in-office position based in Brisbane or Perth with ad hoc working from home. Responsibilities include monitoring, prioritising, and responding to support requests; communicating with customers and colleagues through the ticket life-cycle; investigating, diagnosing, and resolving software issues; managing escalations per SLAs; documenting incidents, root causes, and resolutions; maintaining a knowledge base; ensuring compliance with processes and security policies; collaborating with global support teams to ensure consistent service; and maintaining high customer engagement and satisfaction. Requirements include proven experience in application/software support in a customer-facing environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with ticketing systems, clear communication, and the ability to work across global teams. Mining software exposure and ITIL certifications are desirable, along with strong English fluency and legal right to work in Australia.
