Job Summary

Front-line Customer Support Consultant role resolving issues via phone, email and web chat in a hybrid Melbourne-based environment; leverage Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce; balance demand in a fast-paced setting; collaborate across levels to drive customer outcomes; identify opportunities to innovate and improve the employee and customer experience and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar corporate, call centre environment that is fast-paced and ever changing
  • Strong technical proficiency; multitask across multiple systems while on the phone
  • Experience in real estate roles like leasing consultant, property manager or similar are highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience of going above and beyond delivering service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy through clear communication, positive language, active listening and empathy
  • Demonstrating resilience, taking accountability for the customer experience and displaying a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ownership: taking accountability for the customer experience and displaying a continuous improvement mindset
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Experience with data-informed decision making and performance metrics
  • Comfort with using multiple systems while assisting customers
  • Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
