Customer Support Consultant (Polish Speaker)

Job Summary
Hybrid role based out of Hoofddorp (NL) providing technical support on IDEXX diagnostic analyzers and software to European customers. You will coordinate installations, troubleshoot hardware and software integration, guide customers through troubleshooting and best practices, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges. The role requires fluency in English and Polish, strong technical aptitude, and experience in fast-paced, multi-channel customer service environments. Onsite minimum eight days per month, with on-the-job training, career advancement opportunities, and a broad benefits package. This position supports veterinary diagnostics within the Companion Animal Group and aims to strengthen customer relationships and ensure customers maximize the value of IDEXX solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field
- Technical support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
