Job Summary
Act as the liaison between customers and IDEXX laboratories, serving as the central point of contact for customer outreach, providing accurate information, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to research and resolve complex issues; support quality management and compliance; maintain internal and external customer relationships through clear, empathetic communication; and participate in development programs. This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas, TX with occasional travel, requiring strong customer service skills, teamwork across international teams, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a lab environment with safety protocols in place. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; benefits include day-one benefits, health/dental/vision, 401k, and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service/call center/veterinary reception/laboratory customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Attention to detail and data accuracy for compliance and quality standards
