Job Summary
Customer Support Consultant at Bunurong Memorial Park provides frontline support to funeral directors and families, coordinating burial, cremation, and funeral services across cemetery locations; duties include managing service logistics, handling documentation, coordinating with IT/AV for live streaming/recordings, assisting with setup for services (music, media, recording), and delivering empathetic, high-quality customer service across multiple sites, with weekend availability and strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
