Job Summary
Customer Support Consultant role handling technical support for 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events. Responsibilities include solving and escalating tech issues, managing support cases using the CRM, interfacing with other departments, and collecting and routing customer feedback. Ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian, solid problem-solving abilities, resilience under pressure, multitasking, empathy, and a willingness to grow professionally.
