Job Summary
Customer Support for CMS platform within Global Transaction Services: activate customers on the CMS platform, train corporate/CA clients on CMS usage and digital banking products, engage with customers in person or online to capture requirements, handle modification/query support, demonstrate CMS to existing/new clients, deliver required MIS reports, and coordinate with CMS setup/Ops/Implementation/PSM/RM/BSG/IT to resolve requests within TAT while maintaining strong communication and multilingual capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of banking experience
- MBA/MCA/B.Tech (will be an added advantage)
- Knowledge of banking operations
- CMS familiarity or contact centre experience preferred
- Strong communication (oral and written) & networking skills
- Fluency in Hindi, English and Marathi
