Job Summary
Customer Support Clerk handles in-person and telephone taxpayer inquiries, processes tax forms and payments, and maintains accurate account status. The role includes face-to-face assistance, phone support for tax accounts and general inquiries, and timely completion of tax account processing tasks. Initial training is in-office for ~4-6 months, followed by a hybrid work arrangement (office/home) with additional in-office training rotations. Strong attention to detail, ability to handle difficult customer situations, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
