Respond to user inquiries via live chat and email; maintain fast first-response times (<2 minutes for chats); analyze user questions to provide clear, confident solutions; identify user needs, gather feedback and feature requests, and proactively suggest improvements; navigate internal resources to resolve issues and ensure a positive user experience across nonprofit fundraising and CRM platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Live Chat Support Specialist in the tech industry
  • 2+ years of remote experience
  • Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests simultaneously
  • Experience using help desk software (e.g., Intercom, Slack, Notion)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Agents must provide their own computer and stable internet connection (2nd monitor recommended)
