Job Summary
Chat/Email Support Specialist for Givebutter's nonprofit fundraising platform. Respond to live chats and emails, maintain <2 minute first-response times, resolve user questions, proactively identify needs, report product issues, gather feedback and feature requests, and suggest improvements. Emphasizes empathetic, proactive problem-solving across multiple conversations, with independent navigation of internal resources. Direct-hire, permanent position via Deel; tentative start 7/6/26; pay ₱550/hour (PH-based) with 40-hour weeks and structured training. Role involves supporting a diverse NPO user base, from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Live Chat Support Specialist in the tech industry
- 2+ years of remote experience
- Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests simultaneously
- Experience using help desk software and remote tools (e.g. Intercom, Slack, Notion)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Agents must provide their own computer and stable internet connection (2nd monitor recommended)
- Citizen of the Philippines for PH-specific benefits
