Job Summary
Customer Support Center Specialist I responsible for managing Movement Mortgage customer relationships, resolving inquiries with a calm, positive demeanor, educating customers on Movement sites/tools, and documenting interactions in the MSP Mortgage Servicing System. Ensure timely handling of borrower inquiries, disputes, and complaints per CFPB guidelines; maintain confidentiality of nonpublic information; communicate with team leads to deliver excellent service; and demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Relocation packages are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred; or one to two years related work experience and/or training; or combination of equivalent education and experience
