Job Summary
Provide seamless customer communication and technical support as the primary contact for Orbus customers via phone, live chat, email, and other channels. Enter, update, and manage customer orders in ERP/CRM systems; handle quotes, pricing questions, and general account inquiries; resolve cases from inquiry to resolution; proactively communicate order status and promotions to drive engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to processes. Maintain data integrity and deliver high-quality, solutions-oriented responses aligned with the company Promise. Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, maintain punctual attendance, and meet KPIs such as an 80% call answer rate and a 0.25% error rate, in a fast-paced, entry-level environment. Education: a college degree is preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or administrative role; technical proficiency is required to quickly learn proprietary software.
