Job Summary
Customer Support Associate providing banking services via phone and internet, with rotation of early-to-late shifts and an in-office work environment (no remote option). Responsibilities include answering calls, guiding customers to the appropriate contact, promoting and selling bank products, assisting with online/mobile banking, debit/credit card support, handling account inquiries and transfers, assisting with password resets, and supporting internal users. Includes continuous development, maintaining product knowledge, and maintaining department supplies. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. The role requires a High School diploma and 1-3 years in bank customer service, with strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of banking and related products and services typically acquired through 1-3 years of experience in a bank customer service role
- Must work both independently and be a team player
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods on the phone and concentrate visually on a PC
- Position requires judgment, tact and on-the-spot decision making
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
