Job Summary
Enter sales orders quickly and efficiently while controlling distribution management through daily audits. Manage service issues via phone, email, or fax and investigate invoice discrepancies using internal software and documents. Establish relationships with assigned customers and the outside sales force by communicating daily on ship schedules and requests. Maintain strong communication with all internal departments and team members while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Perform filing duties and additional tasks as assigned. Requires reliable internet, flexible 8-hour shifts, and occasional evening or weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years experience in call center or customer service
- Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic
- Must be well organized and work well in a team environment
- Must be self-motivated, display accountability and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient oral and written skills
- Exercises sound judgment within assigned responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Presents professional and personable image with a positive attitude
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Must have manual dexterity to type on a computer keyboard
- Continued hand/wrist motion is required to operate computer and office machinery
- Must be able to read papers and reports without assistance
- The ability to bend and twist is required for filing
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
- Regular, full predictable attendance in the office
- Must have reliable in-home internet service
- Must have ability to change shifts as needed to meet operational needs
- Occasional evening or weekend work
