Customer Support Associate (Long term Contract)

Job Summary
Ensure superior human resources, payroll, and administrative support for contract employees, clients, and sales teams. Manage front office customer service, complete internal payroll, and handle timecard audits and collection in PeopleSoft and AHCS. Resolve payroll, invoicing, spread, and commission issues while processing tax credit forms and unemployment claims. Coordinate worker's compensation programs, manage benefits, and sell direct deposit options. Maintain HR folders, distribute commission reports, and ensure accurate start/finish entries. Supervise customer service delivery in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- 2 + years experience in a customer service related position
- Ability to priorities, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to communication effectively and provide proper follow up
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred
