Job Summary
Customer Support Associate I provides banking services via telephone and internet, handles account inquiries, assists customers with online and mobile banking, cards, and transfers, promotes bank products, supports internal users with password resets, and maintains compliance with policies while delivering excellent customer service; role requires a rotating schedule, in-office work, and ability to work independently and as part of a team, with emphasis on relationship-building and cross-selling in a fast-paced banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in bank customer service or similar role
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods on a PC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to promote and upsell banking products and services
- Bilingual in Spanish encouraged
