Job Summary
Responsible for assisting bank clients via telephone with their banking needs by providing detailed product information and exemplary customer service. Process bank transactions, cross-sell bank products and services, resolve problems, and refer clients to appropriate business experts. Engage with clients to assess needs, maintain compliance with regulations, and participate in sales calls. Strong integrity and teamwork are essential, along with mandatory training, including compliance with BSA and Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year retail banking experience
- Customer service experience
- Phone sales and service experience
- Proven ability to operate Windows-based computer programs and use a mouse
Desired Qualifications
- Call center experience preferred
