Job Summary
First point of contact for residents and guests; provide excellent customer service, communicate maintenance issues to the team, assist with parcels and social events in partnership with universities, perform building walks and checks in communal areas, help inspect flats for hygiene and safety, support onboarding and training of new team members, ensure smooth handovers to Night Team, collaborate with Maintenance and Night Teams to maintain 24/7 resident satisfaction, and uphold Health & Fire Safety protocols.
