Job Summary
Customer Support Assistant (Fixed Term Contract) provides front line customer services and administrative support for the Care & Repair service, handling telephone enquiries, offering advice, recording referrals on database, processing small repairs appointments and Works Orders, and coordinating with external contractors. Requires National 5 level or equivalent with Maths and English, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a fixed-term contract to 31 Aug 2027. Salary starting at £28,329 (Grade 4) with potential to progress to £31,477, plus benefits including flexitime and remote working for eligible posts, pension, and generous annual leave. Probation of six months applies. Location: Aberdeen and Carden Place, United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- National 5 level or equivalent with relevant qualifications in Maths and English
- experience of providing front line customer services using a variety of methods
- proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
