Job Summary
Internship in Customer Support and Service Quality to help clients maximize Mitto CPaaS usage. Learn about the telecommunication industry and Mitto products, monitor and analyze the quality of customer traffic, troubleshoot quality degradations, and communicate with customers, partners, and internal teams. Develop technical knowledge across Mitto products, tools (Grafana, Kibana, Zendesk), and processes, with opportunities to transition to full-time post-internship. Hybrid work arrangement based in Belgrade, Serbia. Must be an early-stage or recent graduate with English fluency and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Final year student or graduated student from Higher education of Applied studies or Faculty (technical background, computer science or IT-related field is a plus)
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical approach, high level of responsibility, strong ability to prioritize
- Eager to learn new technologies, procedures, or client's use cases
