Job Summary

Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems for Boeing airplanes, including securing quick, safe responses to airline and repair organizations, developing repair/disposition plans, and ensuring compliance with Boeing standards throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves applying Boeing design principles to resolve product/process issues, analyzing damage and repair scenarios (including jacking/shoring and SRM-related considerations), communicating deviations that could impact safety, and coordinating with suppliers/build partners to implement improvements. You will represent the engineering community from build through post-production, support safety-focused decisions, and travel up to 25% for maintenance and field activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 3+ years of aircraft maintenance
  • 3+ years of aircraft structure, materials and properties, design criteria and release processes
  • Solid communicator, upper-intermediate English
  • Readiness to work in a flexible schedule (weekends/holidays support, overtime, shifted work schedule)
  • Readiness for business trips – up to 25% of working time
  • Existing rights to work in Ukraine
