Job Summary
Customer Support Agent at Triumph will be the front line for hundreds of thousands of users on the Rips collectibles trading card app and Triumph Arcade real-money gaming platform. You’ll respond to user inquiries across support channels, troubleshoot payments and in-app feature issues, surface recurring problems for internal fixes, spot trends from user feedback, and contribute ideas to scale the support team. Fully remote role with emphasis on empathy, speed, accuracy, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a full time 40-hour weekly schedule
- Strong written communication with empathy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the trading card game (TCG) and/or gaming world is a plus
- Own computer and a reliable internet connection
