Job Summary
Deliver a measurably superior customer experience by listening, empathizing, and troubleshooting issues with banking products, services, and technology. Collaborate across the bank to own and resolve customer concerns while proactively recommending products and ensuring warm handoffs to internal partners. Maintain an extensive knowledge base of bank policies, regulations, and systems using Salesforce to enhance customer interactions. Assist with assigned duties including customer messaging, data entry, and reports. Work Monday through Friday 7am-7pm and Saturday 9am-6pm, with a split day off schedule possible. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- One or more year's customer service or professional business experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Financial services or call center experience preferred
- Strong professional verbal/written and reading comprehension communication skills
- High level proficiency in personal computers, email, chat, Salesforce CRM, and other Windows based programs
- Ability to learn new systems
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues related to software or hardware
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and remain focused for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with both customers and colleagues in a professional and clear manner
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult and/or repetitive interactions
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds
