Job Summary
Deliver a measurably superior customer experience by listening, empathizing, and taking ownership of issues to resolve concerns completely. Proactively troubleshoot and repair issues with products, services, and technology, committing to finding answers when needed. Recommend bank products and services by recognizing opportunities and ensuring customers are connected to the right internal partner. Maintain extensive knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and systems while strictly following security protocols to protect private information. Use Salesforce CRM to grow relationships and leverage tech solutions to save customers time. Work Monday through Saturday in a fast-paced team environment, assisting with messaging, data entry, and other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- One or more year's customer service or professional business experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Financial services or call center experience preferred
- Strong professional verbal/written and reading comprehension communication skills
- High level proficiency in personal computers, email, chat, Salesforce CRM, and other Windows based programs
- Ability to learn new systems
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues related to software or hardware
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and remain focused for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with both customers and colleagues in a professional and clear manner
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult and/or repetitive interactions
- May be required to lift up to 25 pounds
