Job Summary
Customer Support Agent at Nansen to join a world-class support team in Bhutan with AI-augmented operations. You’ll resolve user issues across Zendesk and Discord, triage account access, billing, and product usage problems, escalate complex issues, review AI-generated responses with Thor, collect user feedback, and help maintain the support knowledge base. Collaboration with product and CS teams, onboarding, and ongoing training are part of the role. Must have strong written English, 3–5 years in support, comfort with digital tools, calm under pressure, and curiosity about crypto/blockchain. Nice-to-haves include prior crypto/DeFi exposure, startup experience, and familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools. Location options include Singapore or Global Remote.
