Handle live chat communication with iGaming players in German, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently using internal tools and CRM. Provide clear, accurate information to ensure a seamless customer experience while following company procedures and maintaining a friendly, respectful tone. Fluent or native German speakers with good English skills and prior customer support experience are required. This role includes full relocation support to Belgrade, Serbia, with work permit sponsorship and an attractive salary paid in euros. Required Qualifications
- Fluent/native German speaker
- Good English skills (B1 or above)
- Previous customer support experience
