Job Summary
Customer Support Agent for Clinician Credentialing focused on event-related workflows: create event registration pages from proposal information, ensure accuracy of event setup, update Hubspot with client-site data, and support cross-team communication. Responsibilities include data entry and documentation, coordinating with the Customer Success team, and upholding trust and integrity within the behavioral health community, with emphasis on licensing/regulatory compliance and attention to detail in CE event registrations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support in a healthcare environment
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting licensing regulations, statutes, and guidance documents to ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong proficiency in online tools and information retrieval, Slack, and CRMs (Hubspot is a plus)
