Job Summary
Customer Support Agent at 6037 will be the first point of contact between the brand and the customer, handling email-based queries via a helpdesk system, de-escalating conflicts, and processing order issues, returns, refunds, and shipping-related cases. Responsibilities include ticket management, tagging and status updates in the helpdesk, coordinating with other teams to resolve issues, and identifying recurring or systemic problems to forward to the AI workflow team. Opportunities for progression to Senior Agent, Team Lead, or related paths (Delivery Agent, Billing Agent) are noted based on performance. Critical skills include experience in customer support, CRM proficiency, written English communication, basic e-commerce knowledge, and comfort with data tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Notion.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Zendesk / Freshdesk / Helpdesk, Solidgate or equivalents)
- Written English at least B2+ level
- Basic understanding of e-commerce processes
- Basic proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and Notion
