Job Summary
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for boat and ATV shoppers, providing expert guidance and personalized support. You’ll respond to customer inquiries, conduct proactive outreach, and help connect customers with their local Tracker Boat Center sales teams. Your role is key in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving engagement through timely, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound inquiries, setting appointments with Tracker Boat Center team members at company-owned dealerships, maintaining product knowledge, employing the Consultative Sales Process during telephone engagement, and collaborating with retail store and Support teams to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Inbound/Outbound Call Center experience
- Strong telephone skills, including voice quality, enunciation, and grammar
- Excellent writing skills for consumer communications
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Solid selling skills and goal orientation
- Excellent time management and organization
- Team-oriented and positive attitude
