Provide customer support and administrative processing to support market-leading customer experience; collaborate with 1st Line Service and Field Sales teams to understand customer needs, take ownership of issues, resolve them across teams, meet SLAs, ensure compliant documentation, and drive process improvements to simplify workflows and deliver positive customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Customer Service administration environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised with problem solving and ability to look for process improvements
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Excel including Word & Excel
