Customer Supply Representative(CSR)

Job Summary
The Customer Supply Representative acts as the primary contact for assigned customers for orders, forecasts, shipments, billing issues, and complaints; processes and manages customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terms; monitors order status and provides timely updates on supply and delivery; coordinates demand and supply with internal teams to meet customer requirements; supports forecast accuracy by engaging customers to improve order coverage; handles returns and invoices professionally; drives delivery performance and service levels through ongoing monitoring and improvements; participates in customer logistics reviews and supports discussions on performance, forecast, and supply planning; contributes to tactical sales initiatives such as product availability and aligned delivery commitments; analyzes service performance data (KPIs, customer feedback, NPS) and leads continuous improvement actions; employs degree in related field and 5+ years’ experience in customer service/supply chain to deliver supply assurance and strong customer satisfaction; located in Taipei, Taiwan; English fluent with potential for additional languages.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, or sales
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and order management
- Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with reporting tools is an advantage
- Strong customer focus with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
