Customer Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator - International

Job Summary
Coordinate the movement of international shipments end-to-end, including booking, tracking, and on-time delivery; prepare accurate export documentation and maintain audit-ready records; ensure compliance with customs and export rules across global markets; collaborate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams; support stock integrity with EU third-party logistics providers; review freight rates and assist with rate negotiations; produce shipment data and KPI reporting; respond promptly to queries and support cross-functional teams. Proficient in ERP/TMS and Excel with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and global trade compliance.
- Proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
