Customer Supply Chain Intern (Year-Round)

Analyze data and collaborate with Marketing to understand customer service trends. Support the Customer Service and Supply Chain team by handling inquiries, claims, and portals while managing sales orders from receipt to delivery. Audit supply chain data and reporting tools, including back order dashboards, to ensure accuracy and visibility. Assist with process improvements and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role supports the Customer Service representative function within Product Life Cycle activities for a global automotive supplier focused on greener, safer, and smarter mobility solutions.
