Job Summary

Manage order-to-invoice tasks for assigned high-volume customer portfolios by validating SAP entries within one business day of receipt and resolving pricing discrepancies. Monitor and document errors blocking automated processing, validate system reference tables, and communicate order issues to customers for optimal resolution. Effectively resolve product shortages through internal and external communication, maintain consistent SAP documentation, and acknowledge customer requests in a timely manner. Act as the reliable point of contact for assigned customers and key stakeholders regarding order management, proactively contacting them to clarify or retrieve necessary information. Support Month End, Seasonal Drive, and Year End department tasks as needed, escalating significant fulfillment issues with appropriate urgency. This entry-level role serves as the gateway into the Customer Supply Chain Department at Storck USA, emphasizing relationship building and problem-solving within a hybrid Chicago-based environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of customer facing supply chain experience in Customer Service, Customer Logistics, or Supply Chain, preferably with a CPG company
  • 1-3 years of experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to follow and comply with communicated Company, Travel, and Retailer safety procedures, which may include COVID-19 testing or following other safety procedures in order to attend meetings, travel domestically or internationally, comply with Retail Partner safety procedures, and/or follow other workplace health and safety requirements to fulfil job duties
  • Hybrid Work Model, including Monday and Friday Work from Home, and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in normal working conditions for an office environment downtown Chicago, IL
  • Travel: Minimal, 5%
