Customer (Supplier) Support Associate - 6 month term

Job Summary
Supplier Support Associate will communicate with suppliers via emails, chats, and conference calls to gather compliance information, assist with compliance requests, and verify the quality of documents provided. You’ll work with top-tier suppliers to respond to compliance inquiries, troubleshoot supplier issues, and engage unresponsive suppliers through multiple channels, including language support for translations and webinars. You will collaborate with the Program Success and Sales teams to strategize for new customers and campaigns, validate data for QA, and mentor other Supplier Support Agents as needed. The role requires staying up to date with regulatory changes and Assent product knowledge to become an expert in the field. Onsite in Eldoret, Kenya, for a 6-month term, with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related experience as a baseline requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher diploma from a recognized learning institution
- 1-2 years related work experience (eg. administration, reporting, research & data, supplier/customer support, call centres)
- MS Office Suite and Google Applications proficiency
- Self-starter, excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to assigned deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English-focused with potential for additional languages
Desired Qualifications
