Job Summary
Speak with French and English-speaking customers via text and video calls to handle inquiries and solve user challenges. Convey customer needs to cross-functional teams while building and nurturing client relationships. Uphold communication guidelines and strive for exceptional service delivery. This six-month traineeship program leads to a full-time role where you work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to transform insights into impactful solutions.
