Job Summary

Customer Success Platform Area TAM responsible for onboarding workshops, proactive health reviews, and guiding customers on optimal use of the Splunk Platform to realize tangible value. The role requires deep Splunk Core expertise (Enterprise/Cloud), strong SPL skills, and the ability to partner with Sales/CS teams to support Area-aligned customers through onboarding, enablement, and strategic technical guidance; duties include delivering prescriptive guidance, conducting research to resolve complex technical problems, and contributing to KPIs through process improvements and tooling. Preferred TS/SCI clearance and experience with DoD/INTEL environments; strong scripting (bash), development (Java, Python, .NET), and cloud migration experience are a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Several years of experience administering and using Splunk Core (Enterprise/Cloud)
  • Strong SPL (Search Processing Language) skills
  • Solid experience in technical consulting or big-data analytics
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (bash), application development (Java, Python, .NET)
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk product implementation and cloud
  • Experience with cloud migration projects
