Job Summary
The Customer Success Team Lead will manage a high-performing team of approximately six Customer Success Representatives, focusing on driving customer retention, expansion, and adoption while personally handling high-value enterprise-level accounts. Key responsibilities include setting performance expectations, conducting performance reviews, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. Candidates should have significant experience in Customer Success and people management, particularly with enterprise accounts, and possess strong skills in CRM usage and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success with a SaaS product
- 2+ years of people management experience leading customer-facing teams
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven track record of driving renewals, retention, and account growth

- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
