Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email; identify root causes and resolve inquiries in a single touchpoint; document thorough notes on every case to capture context, actions taken, and next steps; work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to solve customer issues; provide best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment; manage follow-ups with customers and support other areas of the organization as needed; located in Lindon, Utah with Monday-Thursday in-office and remote on Fridays; 40-hour full-time schedule; opportunity for growth within the Customer Success career ladder.
