Job Summary
Provide primary customer support (phone and email) to address inquiries and complaints, route customers appropriately, and maintain a welcoming experience. Combine reactive customer support with proactive customer success activities such as onboarding new customers, monitoring usage, conducting renewal outreach, and identifying opportunities to strengthen product adoption and renewals. Responsibilities include managing contact databases, processing orders, preparing invoices and estimates, troubleshooting software applications, and collaborating with the Product Manager and Deputy Director within a dual reporting structure. Leverage templates and CRM tools (Zendesk/Freshdesk, Shopify, Microsoft Office) to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction while tracking outcomes and delivering periodic summaries to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or substantial previous office environment experience
- Must maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Occasional travel up to 10% of work time
