Job Summary
Signature Customer Success Supervisor will manage a high volume of smaller accounts, drive customer satisfaction and retention at scale, leverage dashboards and reporting, coordinate with sales and operations to deliver supply chain solutions, identify upsell opportunities, conduct periodic virtual check-ins and performance reviews, and drive account growth through value creation and effective collaboration across teams. Territory includes Grand Island, Hastings, Columbus, and Western NE; responsibilities include issue management, CRM updates, and ensuring effective engagement and adoption of products and services to maximize customer success.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years in customer success, support, or related customer-facing roles.
- SMB account management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements through strong organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written communication skills.
