Customer Success Specialist (US hours)

Job Summary
Customer Success Specialist responsible for managing a portfolio of US-focused customers from a Fleet, Hampshire base with hybrid work pattern (3 days on-site). Key duties include onboarding and training customers, driving adoption and engagement, conducting regular reviews (QBRs), supporting renewals, identifying upsell opportunities with Sales, assisting with ATS integrations and handling customer/candidate queries. Requires experience in customer-facing roles, strong relationship-building, excellent communication, data-driven insight usage, problem solving, and ability to manage multiple accounts. Must be comfortable with technology and quickly learning new systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a customer-facing role
- A proactive approach with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes
- Comfortable using data and insights to make recommendations
- Organised, able to manage multiple accounts, and good at prioritising workload
- Confident using technology and able to pick up new systems quickly
