Job Summary
As the first dedicated Customer Success Specialist at Alvéole, you’ll own proactive engagement, platform adoption, and retention for a growing portfolio of clients. You’ll execute targeted re-onboarding and account stabilization playbooks, drive renewal conversations, and monitor contract health to ensure customers realize the value of Alvéole’s SaaS and biodiversity programs. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, stakeholder management across a B2B environment, and the ability to scale customer success outcomes through strong prioritization and relationship-building. Fluency in English is required, with French considered an asset, and the Montreal-based position requires four days in the office with one remote day per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of customer-facing experience or 2+ years in Customer Success
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Onboarding or similar role
- Experience managing a large portfolio of customer accounts
- Experience in a B2B environment
- Experience with SaaS platforms or digital products
- Experience working toward customer adoption, retention, renewal or similar success metrics
- Experience using ticketing systems and customer management tools
- Understanding of CRM workflows and customer lifecycle management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- A proactive and customer-centric mindset
- Fluency in English
- Nice-to-Haves: French, Experience with Zendesk, Experience with HubSpot, High-volume Customer Success environment
- Location requirements: Montreal HQ four days per week in-person; Friday remote
